Harmony – Fort Collins, Colorado (in progress)
Modeling this 4-story office building in Revit Structure software. This is a steel framed building with composite steel main frame with bar joist secondary support. It has cast-in-place concrete core walls and a slab-on-grade first floor. The model was built in Revit Structure and exported into structural analysis software. It will be re-imported back into Revit Structure with design changes updated automatically.
Interlocken – Fort Collins, Colorado (in progress)
Modeling this 6-story office building with detached 2-story parking garage in Revit Structure software. The first level of the office building has a structural floor set on cast-in-place foundation walls on top of drilled piers. The west side of the building has a sloping wall feature which is matched by the vestibule area connecting the office building and parking garage. The parking garage is a 2-story structure with a slab-on-grade lower level and a cast-in-place, one way concrete beam system with post-tensioned concrete slab. The model was created in Revit Structure and exported to structural analysis software with great success.
Block 109 – Denver, Colorado (in progress)
Composite steel framed 23-story office tower and 34-story post-tensioned residential tower with a 6-story cast-in-place parking garage at the lower levels. Created preliminary model for export to structural analysis software.
Village Center Station – Greenwood Village, Colorado
Created the entire structural model in Revit Structure and coordinated efforts with the architect on this 200,174 sf 9-story office building. The office has cast-in-place concrete core walls with precast concrete framing. The parking garage consisted of precast double tees which we warped to represent the actual field installed position which was critical for accurate clash detection.
CSU Computer Science Building – Fort Collins, Colorado
Modeled this 4-story 45,000 sf building in Revit Structure software. The first floor is cast-in-place foundation walls on drilled piers. The superstructure is composite steel framing into cast-in-place core walls.
Epic I and Epic II – Colorado Springs, Colorado
Modeled this 5-story office building in Revit Structure software. The first floor is slab-on-grade with cast-in-place foundation walls on screw-piles instead of the typical drilled pier system. The remaining floors are precast concrete.
On-Site Hewlett Packard - Ft. Collins, Colorado
A contract renewal for the year 2008 that includes CAD drafting services, and drawing management for all Colorado HP sites. Our on-site personnel assist in-house architects, engineers, and project managers with the creation and maintenance of new and existing construction documents. Precision CADD & Graphics also provides LISP customization, plotting services, and records room coordination to maintain and expand a file room dedicated to housing thousands of site specific drawings, O&M manuals, specs, and submittals.
Denver Justice Center - Denver, CO
Structural drafting on all three phases of the $378 million Denver Justice Center, approved by the voters of the City and County of Denver in May of 2005, this includes the courthouse, detention facility, parking garage and post office. In addition we are also the reprographics supplier on the detention facility, parking garage and post office phases.
